We begin by getting to know our clients through an initial evaluation. From there, we will collaborate on a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs and preferences.
Payment
Illuminate Family Workshop is an out-of-network provider for all insurances and all services are self-pay/private pay.
You may request a detailed, itemized “superbill” to be provided for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. It is recommended you check with your insurance provider to see what your out-of-network benefits are for speech therapy before we begin our work together.
All payments are prior to the service and can be conveniently paid online via debit card or credit card through a secure client portal. This also includes FSA and HSA cards.
ESA
Families utilizing ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account) funds are also welcome to use ClassWallet or their ESA debit card for speech therapy services.
Speech & Language Screening
Price $0
During this meet & greet/screening, the child and therapist will get to meet in person at school (if arranged through a school screening) or at home to start to get to know each other. The therapist will gather first impressions data (i.e. observing how they interact in their environment, asking them questions, etc). Screenings are typically 20-30 minutes. After a screening, the SLP will make a recommendation for a comprehensive evaluation and/or strategies.
Evaluations
Varies $350-$750+
Evaluations are conducted to gather information about how an individual communicates, their strengths and identify any areas that need additional support. At the conclusion of the evaluation process, we'll be able to answer these questions:

What are strategies to support them in becoming confident communicators?

What does your child's support team need to know to promote and encourage progress in speech and language development?
Ongoing Therapy Sessions
30 Minute Sessions or 60 Minute Sessions Packages
Prices Vary between $80-$160 a session
Curated speech therapy sessions based on the child's needs and interests. All of our sessions have aspects of executive functioning, literacy and sensory strategies based on the unique needs of the child!
